Terms and Conditions

To be an authorized affiliate of A+ Interactive Math (an A+ TutorSoft, Inc. company), you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement.

Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the A+ Interactive Math,  service as an affiliate. By signing up for the A+ Interactive Math affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions.

The term “COMPANY” refers to the A+ Interactive Math (an A+ TutorSoft, Inc.) and the term “AFFILIATE” refers to you. The use of this website is subject to the following terms and conditions: 

This website may use cookies to monitor browsing preferences. If you do allow cookies to be used, some personal information may be stored by us for use by us/third parties. 

Each AFFILIATE account request must be approved by the A+ Interactive Math management. The management may request additional information or even decline a request to become an AFFILIATE. Submitting a request to become an AFFILIATE does not authorize you to “act” as an AFFILIATE of the A+ Interactive Math.

Once your request has been approved, you may use the contents to this website (images, product description etc..) strictly to market and sale A+ Interactive Math products and service and for no other purpose.

The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice. 

As an authorized AFFILIATE of an A+ Interactive Math, your AFFILIATE commission shall be tracked via the iDevAffiliate system.  You may receive a “sign-in” bonus as per the management’s discretion. As an AFFILIATE, you agree that you are working as an independent agent (contractor) and you are responsible for all your taxes and other legal requirements. If your AFFILIATE commission reaches a certain amount, you may be asked to provide specific information such as SSN and your legal residential address  in order to issue a 1099.

As an authorized AFFILIATE, you agree to actively market A+ Interactive Math products and services via appropriate links on your website and/or in newsletter, social media and other marketing channels.

The affiliate commission shall be calculated as below.
SPECIAL PROMOTION (Sign-up till 3/31/2015): You will receive a commission of 20% to 40% depending upon the sales from your affiliate links during this promotional period. You will receive 20% commission on the monthly sales of less than $1,000 and 40% on all sales if the monthly sales exceed $1,000.

You will receive regular commission of 10% to 20% depending upon the sales from your affiliate links. You will receive 10% commission on the monthly sales of less than $1,000 and 20% on all sales if the monthly sales exceed $1,000.

Payment to authorized AFFILIATEs shall be monthly for total commission exceeding $10 within 10 days of the following month. The payment shall be via company check or PayPal. The AFFILIATE is responsible for any fees charged by PayPal.

The management at A+ Interactive Math reserves the right to change the commission structure with or without notice via modification to this “terms and conditions” document.

The management at A+ Interactive Math reserves the right to terminate your AFFILIATE account with or without any prior notice.

The AFFILIATE further agrees not to make any statements, written or verbal, or cause or encourage others to make any statements, written or verbal, that defame, disparage or in any way criticize the personal or business reputation, practices, or conduct of the COMPANY, its employees, directors, and officers.  Both Parties acknowledge and agree that this prohibition extends to statements, written or verbal, made to anyone, including but not limited to, the news media, investors, potential investors, any board of directors or advisory board or directors, industry analysts, competitors, strategic partners, vendors, employees (past and present), and clients.  Both Parties understand and agree that any breach of this paragraph shall be a material breach of this Agreement, and that the COMPANY would then take necessary full action in accordance with the applicable laws against the AFFILIATE in which the AFFILIATE would be responsible for all damages including future sales of the COMPANY and legal expenses incurred by the COMPANY.
