All you need is a computer (Windows PC or MAC) with high speed internet connection with an internet browser that supports Flash such as Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla FireFox, Apple Safari etc.

Q8. Can I purchase the Family Math Packages now for later use? Does the time start on the day of purchase or the day of first use?

Yes. You can purchase the 1-year Family Math Packages at any time and save them for later use. The time starts on the day of first use. After purchase, you will receive an activation code which will allow you to "activate" the Family Package when you are ready to use it. You will have a full year (or whatever duration you purchased) from the day you "activate" it and not the day of of purchase.

Q9. Are monthly or quarterly payment plans available for the Family Math Packages?

Yes, we understand the struggles many homeschool families face. We have developed math packages to fit any family size & budget with monthly and quarterly payment options. Please see our website for options and pricing.

Q10. Can I setup an automatic renewable payment plan and "lock-in" the LOW rate?

Yes, you can purchase the Family Math Packages with automatically recurring payment plan and lock in the rate. Monthly and quarterly options are available. The use will start on the day of purchase and all future payments will be at the same low rate as the one at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, you cannot lock in the rate now, and start use at a future date. The use must start on the day of purchase. Meaning, the family package with automatic recurring payment is automatically activated for immediate use.

Q11. If I buy an automatically renewable payment plan now, can I cancel it any time?

Yes. You may cancel your recurring payment any time if you are not 100% satisfied with our A+ Interactive Math. Simply log into your account and cancel or contact support via "Contact Us" page requesting cancellation.

Q.12 Do I have an option to select the number of months or quarters for automatic renewable Family Math Packages?

Yes, you can select from 2 months to 12 months or 2 quarters to 4 quarters for automatic renewable plans.

Q13.  I want to use A+ Interactive Math program for the summer. How can A+ Family Math Packages help me?

The Family Math Package with 3-month or monthly option is ideal low cost option for this situation. This will allow you access to a comprehensive math curriculum for all grade levels (K1-Algebra1). This is excellent choice to focus on the specific concept areas and review appropriate lessons to further solidify math concepts.

Q14.  If my computer crashes,would I lose all my assignment data?

No, the Family Math Packages use the A+ Interactive Math Online and does NOT store any data to your local computer. All student assignment data is maintained on our secure server. Therefore, you will not lose any data due to problems with your computer. You may go to any other computer with high-speed internet connection and login to your account to access your A+ Interactive Math Online.

Q15. I am using the Family Math Package but it does not play the multimedia lessons when I try to open any lesson. What can I do to fix this?

Our A+ Interactive MATH program uses Adobe Flash Player to play the multimedia lessons. In this case, most likely either you do not have the Adobe Flash Player installed on your computer or the version you have is incompatible with our software. Please make sure the Flash "plug-in" is installed and enabled for your browser. Please visit the support page for your browser provider for more information.

Q16. I am using the Family Math Package but it does not open any documents in "printable" section. What can I do to fix this?

Our A+ Interactive MATH program uses Adobe Reader to open PDF documents. In this case, most likely either you do not have the Adobe Reader installed on your computer or the version you have is incompatible with our software. Please make sure the PDF Reader "plug-in" is installed and enabled for your browser. Please visit the support page for your browser provider for more information.

Q17. Do I need internet to use the Family Math Packages?

The Family Math Packages use the A+ Interactive Math Online curriculum which is "internet-based". So you must have a high-speed internet connection to access and use most core features and functions of the math program. However, you have an option to "print" lessons, worksheets and exams to work offline on the go.

Q18. I do not want my student to see the answer keys or the solution guides. Can I hide and unhide the answer keys and/or solution guides from the student?

Yes, you will see a button "Admin Panel" when you login as a parent and launch the program. Click on the "Admin Panel" and then "Parental Control", you will see an option where you can hide or unhide answer key to Worksheets and Exams as well as the worksheet solution guide and exam solution guide.

Q19. Are the worksheets and exams graded automatically in the Family Math Packages?

Yes, the A+ Interactive MATH Online offers automatic grading and tracking for the worksheets and exams that are completed online. Additionally, it offers the printable worksheets and exams for those who wish to print and document work on paper.
